Chef Tai is an explorer— he ranges this beautiful nation from coast to coast, always tasting, asking questions, and searching for unusual dishes he can bring back to Texas. His customers have come to expect the best ingredients, unusual pairings, and surprising flavors from his other restaurants, but Chef Tai is not easily satisfied. His trained eye is always on the horizon in search of the next great concept. When he and his business partner, Page Thornton, began to dream about a new location in South College Station, they landed on 'A New American Kitchen' idea that reinterprets familiar plates and is sure to raise a few eyebrows.
A FRESH TAKE ON DINING
Two Distinct Floors
Chef Tai and Page wanted a distinct floor layout: a festive bar experience with an expansive wine menu will service the upstairs including the second-floor veranda, while a family-centric main restaurant with a small back patio will keep the kiddos entertained on the first floor. The concept will feature a fully open-view kitchen, private party room, and the Texas hospitality the public anticipates from all of Chef Tai's restaurants. Beautiful interior materials, always updating menus, and a constantly revolving wine selection will be the source of thousands of memorable family meals.
