• Downstairs:
  • Capacity: Up to 40 guests
  • Pricing: $150 per hour (minimum 2 hours, $300 total); $100 per hour for each additional hour.
  • Ideal For: Small receptions, intimate dinners, corporate meetings, or small gatherings such as baby showers or graduation parties.

• Upstairs:
  • Capacity: Up to 100 guests for a reception-style event, or up to 50 guests for a seated banquet
  • Pricing: $300 per hour (minimum 2 hours, $600 total); $200 per hour for each additional hour.
  • Ideal For: Social mixers and networking events, with casual mingling at our fully equipped bar and scenic veranda — or for a progressive dinner, beginning with a reception in the bar area followed by a seated, coursed meal in the banquet room.

Inclusions: Both spaces include tables, chairs, and a TV monitor. Additional rentals (e.g., decor, linens, specialty lighting) can be coordinated upon request, subject to availability.
