Whiskies of the World Tasting – Scotland Tasting.
Tuesday, August 25th, 6-7:30 pm

From its earliest record in the 15th Century, Scotch has become aqua vitae, the Water of Life, to more than 175 countries. Join us as we learn about the rich history of Scotch Whisky, the various regions where Scotch is produced, and the methods used to distill, age, and finish Scotch. Together we’ll sample 3 Scotches to round out our journey. Light hors d’oeuvre will be served.

Whiskies of the World Tasting- Ireland Tasting

Tuesday, September 1st, 6-7:30 pm

Did the Irish create the Whiskey? Did they create the modern distilling process we know today? What’s different about Irish whiskey than what’s produced in other countries? Follow the birth, decline, and spectacular resurgence of Irish whiskey around the world, as we sample offerings from the three major producers during our stop in Ireland. Additional craft cocktails and whiskey pours will be available for purchase. Light hors d’oeuvre will be served.

Whiskies of the World Tasting- Japan Tasting

Tuesday, September 15th, 6-7:30 pm

It’s a story of industrial revolution, romance, innovation, and culture. Meet the father of Japanese whiskey and tag along on a journey around the world as we explore world influence  on the Japanese decision to distill whiskey. Follow two minds interpreting culture and tradition to create the world’s best whiskey. Light hors d’oeuvre will be served.

Whiskies of the World Tasting- Texas Tasting

Tuesday, September 29th, 6-7:30 pm

Texas. As big and bold as bluebonnets, Texas stands for many things and does everything with purpose and passion. At our final stop on our whiskey tour, we’ll discuss Texas Whiskey’s  rise, the unique effects of our Texas climate of whiskey, and the many finishes Texas distillers  are experimenting with within their labs. Light hors d’oeuvre will be served.
