• Downstairs:
  
  • Capacity: Up to 40 guests (seated).
  • Pricing: $150/hour (minimum 2 hours, $300 total); $100/hour for each additional hour.
  • Ideal For: Intimate dinners, corporate meetings, or small gatherings, such as graduation celebrations.

• Upstairs:
  
  • Capacity: Up to 40 guests (seated) or 80 guests (reception-style, come-and-go).
  • Pricing: $250/hour (minimum 2 hours, $500 total); $150/hour for each additional hour.
  • Ideal For: Social mixers, receptions, or networking events with mingling at our fully equipped bar and scenic veranda.

Inclusions: Both spaces include tables, chairs, and a TV monitor. Additional rentals (e.g., decor, linens, specialty lighting) can be coordinated upon request, subject to availability during maintenance.

Note: Guests may coordinate external food vendors or bring their own food, subject to a $10/guest corkage fee to cover setup and cleanup.
